The house has some of the Spanish style, you might call it 'new Spanish'. These gracious homes have aged very nicely. The green wall is a Ficus vine. It is very time consuming to keep it in that perfect condition. The vine is a fast grower and if not tended to it would look like sleeping beauties castle in a year or two.

A house from the 30's
