This is the back of the house. You can tell, because the pool is on this side and the city wants all swimming pools to be out of site, when possible. The property is on a triangular piece of land. When I was a teenager I thought that a building that large must be an apartment building. In the 90's the house was a bit neglected. A few years ago it was brought back to life. Now it looks better then when it was new.
